The founder of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), late His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan rooted the important concept to start building of nations by building a healthy society.

There is no doubt that, the United Arab Emirates, under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan - President of the UAE; His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum - UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai; and Their Highnesses, Members of the Supreme Council of Rulers of the UAE; has made a remarkable progress in strengthening the UAE health sector. The UAE has also spearheaded many initiatives for the benefit of the Local, Arab, Regional and World populations.

I am pleased to announce the launch of the Sultan Bin Khalifa Humanitarian Division to lead the commitment of the UAE as a supporter of scientific innovation and the improvement of health care systems. 

I invite local, regional and global scientists and Institutions to actively participate in this goal for the benefit of mankind.
